Training

Every carer is trained to the same high standard — before they come to your home.

Families trust us with the people they love, and that trust starts with how we train. Every member of the B-Hope team completes a robust training programme covering both mandatory CQC-aligned modules and advanced, specialist topics.

Inducted before any visit

New starters complete induction and shadowing with experienced carers before ever working independently.

Ongoing refreshers

Mandatory training is refreshed on a rolling schedule, with supervisions and spot-checks throughout the year.
